By accessing and using Food Menu QR ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Food Menu QR is a digital ordering platform that allows restaurants to provide QR code-based ordering services to their customers. The service includes:

• QR code generation for restaurant tables
• Digital menu management
• Order processing and confirmation
• Payment processing integration
• Analytics and reporting

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• 0.2 credits per completed transaction
• 10-20 credits daily charge per restaurant
• Credits must be purchased in advance
• No refunds for unused credits
• Service may be suspended for insufficient credits

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Food Menu QR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

In no event shall Food Menu QR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
